Sansadhan Prabandhan is a project that seeks to enhance the quality of education, research, and product development in low-tier Higher Education Institutes through resource sharing. The project functions as a portal that facilitates resource sharing between Higher Education Institutes. Aspirant Institutes can search for resources through our recommendation system, which considers various factors such as location and budget. Our goal is to ensure that aspirant institutes find the most suitable resources quickly and easily.

Once aspirant institutes find the resources they require, they can either request them or connect with the lending institute through chat or video call to learn more about them. Lending institutes receive requests from many other institutes, so we have implemented a scheduling algorithm to ensure that maximum institutes can get access to the resource during a specific period.

To ensure fair use of shared resources, we have also implemented blockchain-based smart agreements. After the sharing duration ends, both institutes provide feedback, and we run a sentimental analysis to assign internal points that affect future chances of getting resources. This way, we can ensure that both the lending and aspirant institutes have a positive experience and can benefit from the project.

We have tried to cover every edge case to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, our user-friendly UI accommodates new users with minimal learning curve. Overall, the project has the potential to enhance the quality of education, research, and product development in low-tier institutes by facilitating resource sharing and making the best resources available to aspirant institutes.
